The Reasons for the Failure of the Wiring Harness
Electronic wiring harness is a kind of common conductor, which can be seen everywhere in the use of household appliances. In the process of using electronic wiring harness, we will encounter such situations, that is, the electronic wiring harness is not energized, resulting in electrical products that cannot be used, or lead to In the event of failure of electrical products, etc., the following will analyze the various reasons why the electronic wiring harness is not energized
1. Natural aging or damage. When the wiring harness is used for more than the service life, the insulation layer of the wiring harness begins to crack slowly, and the mechanical strength begins to decline. After a long time, it is easy to cause short circuit, open circuit, grounding and other faults between the wires.
2. The wiring harness terminals are oxidized. When the wire harness terminal is completely oxidized or deformed, it will also cause poor contact or short circuit of the wire harness, thereby causing the wire harness to fail.
3. The electrical equipment fails. Another situation is that the wiring harness is faulty due to overloading and short-circuiting of electrical equipment.
4. The insulator is damp: it may be due to improper use or improper construction, which will cause the insulation layer to be damp, which will further lead to the abnormal power-on of the wiring harness. Because in some relatively humid environments, the resonance generated when the wire harness is used, cracks, and water molecules are easier to enter, so it will cause the electronic wire harness to be damp. So in response to this situation, we must strengthen the insulation layer of the protection wiring harness in time, or consider replacing the wiring harness in serious cases.
5. Excessive voltage: that is, if the voltage is too large, the electrical layer does not break down, resulting in the failure of the wiring harness to be energized.
6. Human reasons. The last cause of failure is improper human operation, such as unreasonable wiring harness installation position, incorrect wiring between wiring harness and electrical equipment, damage to wiring harness components during maintenance, etc.
