Gas Grill Trouble Shooting-Grill Won't Ignite or Light
While you're ready to start grilling, but your grill isn't cooperating. Let’s start with the obvious troubleshooting.
1. Check whether the propane valve is open and determine whether there is gas in the propane tank;
2. Check whether the battery is powered on.
3. Check the bad circuit contact, mainly check whether the positive and negative poles of the battery box are rusty;
4. Overpressure protection, the pressure regulator has an internal current limiting device to prevent gas from flowing out of the tank when it detects a leak. Sometimes the device goes wrong. Gas leakage may cause equipment trip. Check all gas pipe connections for leakage.
5. The burner pipeline is blocked;
6. Microswitch damage;
7. Ignition needle dirty;
8. Improper ignition pin position;
9. Wiring problems
