How do I Test an LED Oven light
With the promotion and application of our LED oven lamp, the new LED samples have been sent to customers at home and abroad. According to the feedback received so far, there are roughly the following problems:
1. How to test LED oven light?
Test method 1: The whole lamp is baked at 150℃ for 2 hours. It is required that there is no abnormal appearance function and no abnormal electrical parameters before and after.
Test method 2: The whole lamp is assembled into the oven, and the model is tested using the environment test (this kind of test is only for reference, not for testing basis).
Note: If your use environment is beyond the scope of our LED oven, please contact our relevant salesman for negotiation.
2. What is the temperature of the oven that the LED lamp can be applied to?
At present, we have developed three mature LED lights, the high pressure type (230V and 120V) is used for ≤350℃ oven (recommended temperature), the white ceramic type and plastic type ≤250℃ (recommended temperature).
3. How long will LED oven lights last?
Service life of LED oven light ≥5000 hours
4. Can we improve or LED oven lights according to customer requirements?
It can be improved or customized through negotiation between the two sides. Details need to be negotiated with our salesman and engineering.
5. The light intensity is too low, can it be improved?
Because of the different needs of each customer, the power and color temperature of lamp beads are different. At present, the commonly used lamp beads are 1.2W 3000K 6000K and 1.8W 3000K 6000K.
