Company employee welfare policy
In order to encourage the children of employees to study hard, be proactive, and enhance the cohesion of the company, the company has decided to give certain rewards to the children of employees who have applied and passed for undergraduate colleges and universities under the national plan.The specific measures are notified as follows:
1. Scope of Rewards
①The children of the regular employees of the companies affiliated to J&V Group can apply for the reward.
② This reward method is only applicable to the children of employees who have been admitted to the national full-time undergraduate colleges (public colleges), military colleges or overseas undergraduate colleges recognized by the state in the college entrance examination in the current year.
2. Reward standard
①A one-time reward of RMB 1,000 will be given to the children of employees who have been admitted to the national full-time university key undergraduate colleges (one), general or key military undergraduate colleges, or nationally recognized overseas undergraduate colleges in the year of the college entrance examination.
②A one-time reward of RMB 500 will be given to the children of employees who have been admitted to the national full-time undergraduate colleges and universities in the year of the college entrance examination.
③For the children who have been admitted to the national full-time university key undergraduate colleges, military undergraduate colleges or overseas undergraduate colleges recognized by the state in the college entrance examination, and who have been awarded the outstanding employees (piece-rate pacesetter) of Hubei J&V Group, including 985-level colleges and universities A subsidy of 1,000 yuan per semester is given, and a subsidy of 800 yuan per semester for 211-level institutions.
④Those who have worked in J&V Group for more than one year and have been awarded the “Quarterly Outstanding Employee” and the Annual Outstanding Employee once or more each year; the children admitted to the 211-level and 985-level extremely poor households (minimum security households or those with disabilities) will be given 5,000 per semester grant until graduation. After graduation, I can work for Jianwei Company. After one year, a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan will be given.
Note: The award grades are based on the annual "Ordinary College Admissions Application Guide", otherwise no awards will be given.
3. Process
The employee himself/herself applies, fills out the "Internal Rewards Declaration Approval Form" and attaches the original (copy) of the admission notice of the children's colleges and universities, the household registration book, the original ID card of the employee and his or her children, and the original tuition payment certificate, and send it to the personnel department for review. The financial process handles the payment of the award funds.
