How do Overseas Customers Get Samples
Due to the particularity and diversity of our products, the product details on the company's website can not be placed directly, the following is the sample acquisition process:
1. Directly send the sample demand information to sales02@jv-cn.com, our staff will reply within 24 hours (except statutory holidays);
2. Arrange payment after confirming product information and sample price. There are two ways of payment, as follows:
The first is to remit to our company's US dollar or Euro account
The staff will make a proforma invoice and send it to the customer's email, and the customer needs to remit it to our company's bank account according to the bank payment path on the invoice. Currently, the foreign currency accounts that have been opened include US dollar and Euro;
The second option is to pay at an Amazon store
Our staff will send a product link, order the quantity according to the corresponding amount, and send back the order number or order information after the order is finished, because the proofing products may not be the same as those released by Amazon, our company will immediately arrange the proofing and delivery after receiving the fee (This payment method is not applicable to the products that need to be customized for more than 3 days. Because Amazon products are shipped in time)
3. After the sample is sent, the staff will provide the tracking number for easy inquiry. If there is a special information need, it must be explained in advance, so as not to affect the import clearance.
